A Happy New Year Thought
I only had a few posts last year. And last year was a bummer. I am hoping that 2010 will be FAR better than 2009 for everyone!

Speaking of those who haven't blogged in awhile...
I had a 1 month absence that resulted from a lost password and expired secondary/password recovery e-mail address. Total snafu. But I figured it out today!
Of course, after logging on to Lex Land, I promptly realized that I had total writers block. And, I have moved on to new writings...
Perhaps it is time to formally retire Lex Fori - but I'm not quite ready to commit to that after having spent nearly a year and a half thinking I would never be able to enter Exact Approximations as Lex Fori again.
Woops - I meant a "14 month absense." But you knew that ;)
Fester! They have been showing a bit of Big Sack Bush on talk shows here lately. What a class act he is. Do you think I should dump my gold holdings yet since the tea party is taking the country by storm?
